2. What OptiAgentia does

OptiAgentia designs, sets up and maintains artificial intelligence agents for businesses: voice assistants that answer phone calls, website and WhatsApp chatbots, and process automation. The prices and terms of each service are set out in the proposal and in the contract signed with each client. The information on this website is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Use of the website

By browsing this website you agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you agree not to:

  • introduce viruses or any code that could harm the website or other users;
  • attempt to access restricted areas, the client portal or OptiAgentia's systems without authorisation;
  • submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission, through the forms.

4. The voice demo

The website lets you talk to an artificial intelligence assistant to try out the service.

  • It is a demonstration. The assistant answers on behalf of a fictitious company, and the properties, prices, appointments and details it mentions are examples. It does not book anything real or create any commitment.
  • The answers are generated by an AI system and may contain errors. Please do not rely on them as professional advice.
  • To prevent misuse, the length of each call and the number of tries per person per day are limited.
  • You may not use the demo to obtain unlawful content, impersonate other people, record or share other people's voices without their consent, or try to alter the assistant's behaviour.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, code, images, videos, brand and logos on this website belong to OptiAgentia or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written permission, except for personal and private use.

6. Links to other websites

Where this website links to third-party sites, OptiAgentia has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it. If you find a link to unlawful content, please let us know and we will remove it.

7. Liability

OptiAgentia endeavours to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will be available without interruption. OptiAgentia is not liable for any damage arising from improper use of the website or from interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's place of business.
